03JAN15 - Missing Practice

I will not be able to attend the next practice session
House guests and holiday residual celebrations will be playing interference
However, I will be buying my T-150 next time I log on

I am going to need pointers on:
Stacking (properly)
What to upgrade first
Skills/perks
equipment load outs

Glen has posted a link in the Tutorials section about Crew Skills that at least gives you the info to make an informed decision about yer crew.

(Note:  The stock T-150 is kind of a painful grind to start with ... Tier VIII tanks are dangerous).

Yes, it is painful, I almost want to paint the tank red and crawl to the middle of the map so I can get matches over with
